As of August 27, 2025, the Vocational Training in the Workplace Directive has been officially approved by our university’s Senate. At Akçadağ Vocational School, the directive will be implemented within the Laboratory and Veterinary Health Program starting from the Fall Semester of 2025-2026.

Under the new directive, students will be divided into groups during the fall and spring semesters to carry out vocational training (internship) activities at workplaces. This arrangement aims to enable students to transfer the theoretical knowledge gained in courses into practical settings and to enhance their professional experience.

The implementation of this program is expected to strengthen university-industry collaboration and provide significant support for students in adapting to the sector before graduation.
